1. To complete your booking, we may request additional ID and/or other information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay. No parties and no unregistered overnight guests. There is a security camera at the entrance and a noise monitor (decibel meter). If rules are violated, we may need to call security (approx. SEK 3,800).
5. Please treat the home with care and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if linens/towels are not gathered and left by the entrance: SEK 200. An additional cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning is required.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
