House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22:00 to 08:00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. I might ask for additional identification and information upon booking
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
