Fint boendet och nära till det mesta. Men boendet var mindre än vad vi trodde och det blev väldigt trångt för 6 personer.

Underbar plats, bra läge och exceptionell tillgång till skidbackarna. Denna enhet ligger på fjärde våningen med en fotgängarbro som ger tillgång till en skidlift som tar dig upp på berget. Lägenheten var liten men mysig och utsikten var väldigt fin. Badrummet var mycket rent och modernt. Köket hade endast en liten spis med två plattor, ett halvt stort kylskåp och ingen ugn, men det var allt vi behövde för några dagars skidåkning. Det fanns en skidställning utanför lägenheten för förvaring av utrustning, men inget lås medföljde – du bör ta med eget lås för att säkra dina skidor. Vi hade inga problem med vår utrustning, men en annan gäst lämnade en anteckning i hissen och uppgav att deras sons skidor blivit stulna en natt under vår vistelse. Du kan förhandsboka parkering i garaget via Aimo, och den kan ta emot fordon med takbox; ingången har en klarhöjd på 3,5 meter. Jag rekommenderar gärna detta ställe till alla som reser till Åre – det var verkligen trevligt.

Lovely flat in an even better location. Ski in and ski out from the top floor sky bridge and the centre of town being a 5 min walk from the ground floor are excellent conveniences. Would come again, Åre has so much to offer skiers and boarders used to the more commercial locations in Europe.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
