1. After you book, we’ll request additional ID details and information about all guests.
2. Please be considerate—keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties and no additional overnight guests without the host’s approval. The entrance door is monitored by a security camera and a noise monitor. If rules are broken, a security guard (Securitas) will be called (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; items left behind are not compensated.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000; lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linen and towels by the entrance. Fees: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes; SEK 200 if bed linen/towels are not gathered. An additional cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning is required.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
