1) ID verification required: After booking, we may request additional details to confirm your identity.
2) Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3) Check-in & check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4) Registered guests only / no parties: Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight. Parties, large gatherings, or extra visitors are not allowed without the host’s approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera and a noise-level monitor is in place. If rules are broken, a security guard (Securitas) will be called out and a SEK 3,000 fee will be charged to the booking.
5) Be considerate: Please take care of the apartment and respect the neighbors.
6) No pets.
7) Personal belongings: The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8) No smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors, on the balcony/balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9) Lost keys: SEK 2,000 for a replacement key/call-out; SEK 4,000 for a lock change.
10) Check-out instructions: Wash all dishes, take out the trash, gather used bed linens and towels, and leave them by the entrance. Fees: unwashed dishes SEK 200; linens/towels not gathered SEK 200; insufficient cleaning may result in additional charges.
By accepting these rules, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
