Nice, clean place to stay with pretty much everything you need. Really convenient with ski-in/ski-out and the funicular that you can take for free up from Åre Square. Getting up by walking isn’t that easy though, especially not with luggage—so the funicular or a car is really necessary. Cooking wasn’t the easiest since the kitchen was very small, and we were a bit worried about setting off the fire alarm. Otherwise, it’s close to lovely restaurants, cafés, bars, and of course the ski slopes too. Thank you!

Pontus was very easy to deal with, with quick and clear replies whenever we needed help. It’s also a cosy and pleasant apartment that’s perfect and good value if you’re looking to go skiing for a week.

1. After booking, please complete our online check-in and provide the required ID details and any other requested information.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. No parties and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. CCTV is installed at the entrance, and a noise-level monitor is used inside the apartment. If rules are broken, a call-out/security fee may apply (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take good care of the property and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost keys: SEK 200 per key. Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels/bed linens together just inside the door. If not followed, fees may apply: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if towels/linens aren’t gathered, plus any additional cleaning costs.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
