Good accommodation with ski-in/ski-out, though a bit far from the main square. The rooms were good.

Good place, but if you want to cook your own meals you’re limited by the kitchen, which is small and has no oven. Close to the slopes and quick to reach the lift.

We were disappointed to find that some socks were left behind, the water bottle wasn’t removed, and there was quite a bit of trash outside on the roof. This experience makes us hesitant about choosing this accommodation again.

1. To complete your booking, we may require additional photo ID and/or further information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s approval. If violated, building security may be called and a fee of approximately SEK 3,000 may apply.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200 for a replacement key/service; SEK 400 if the lock needs to be changed.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. If not followed, extra fees apply: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if linens/towels aren’t gathered, plus any additional cleaning costs if the apartment is left in poor condition.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
