Fin fräsch lägenhet med ett perfekt läge! Man tar hissen upp, går över en liten bro och där är skidliften! Gångavstånd till centrum eller om man vill kan man åka den mysiga bergbanan oxå. Bilen fick stå hela vistelsen. Andra gången vi bor här och återkommer mer än gärna igen.

Väldigt smidigt boende för 5 personer, planlösningen var smart tänkt och bra med space. Vi rekommenderar starkt att ha Kim som er värd om ni vill vara nöjda och glada!

Boendet var rent och fräscht. Men problem vid incheckning då det mobila kortet inte fungerade och det var något värden inte själv uppgav från vi skrev att vi inte kom in i lgh. De mobila korten försvann även efter några dagar så vi kom inte in i lgh på en timme innan de löste det. Värden säger sig vara Kim och kunna svenska, vilket inte stämmer. Pratade med ”Kim” via telefon som uppgav att han endast kunde engelska. Lyhört i lägenheten men annars finns det som behövs. Bra läge!

Vi var väldigt nöjda med hela vår vistelse med allt och det va enkelt att få hjälp av Kim om det behövdes!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
