On the first day we didn’t get our key cards allocated, so we had to call the support. It seemed like they were already aware of the issue but didn’t send out any information for the guests checking in. I would recommend doing that onwards.
Otherwise a great stay, very close to the piste and with comfortable furniture.

1. Additional ID verification and extra booking details are required.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum so everyone can enjoy their stay.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or additional overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval. Violations may be monitored via an entrance camera and a noise sensor and may result in a fee of approximately SEK 3,000.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000 for key service, and SEK 4,000 if the lock needs to be changed.
10. Check-out instructions: wash dishes or run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and gather used bed linens and towels and leave them by the entrance. If not completed, additional cleaning fees may apply (SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if linens/towels are not gathered, plus any extra cleaning costs).
By accepting and signing, you confirm that you will follow these house rules. If rules are broken, the booking may be canceled immediately without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
