Great location on a quite street, walkable to most attractions. The host was very helpful and responsive. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens. Great for a short stay since the kitchen is small. Exactly like the photos, no surprises.

As the listing states, there are several similar units the run and you aren’t sure which one you will be assigned. The unit I stayed in was not the one in the photos. The bed/sheets/pillows were comfortable. I’m a solo traveler and felt the building and area were safe. The unit itself was a little sad. There were cracked tiles in the kitchen floor that lift was you walk. The tiny bathroom and kitchen didn’t bother me but it might be a shock to some. The furniture and everything was all just a bit budget. I think they could really add some charm with just getting some stuff that’s slightly better than a dorm room. As my unit was on the ground floor and was near the exterior door it was very loud with people coming and going. Overall, the stay was fine, but not amazing. I wish I caught they didn’t have a hair dryer. Not the end of the world but highlights how bare bones it is. Maybe I just got the worst of the bunch of the units they offer. It’s possible.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is exactly as Elias describes it (the bathroom is on the small side). The location is excellent, in an area with nearby restaurants and cafés, and you can easily walk to all the city’s attractions. I’d definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elias’s apartment. It was close to local attractions, beautiful areas. Lots of pubs, restaurants, thrifting shops which we like to do! Apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy to get to. Elias is very good at laying our clear directions, very responsive and quick to message any questions we had! Check in was super easy and quiet location to come home to after exploring all day! Highly would recommend staying here! Thank you for letting us into your home!!!

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
