We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is exactly as Elias describes it (the bathroom is on the small side). The location is excellent, in an area with nearby restaurants and cafés, and you can easily walk to all the city’s attractions. I’d definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elias’s apartment. It was close to local attractions, beautiful areas. Lots of pubs, restaurants, thrifting shops which we like to do! Apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy to get to. Elias is very good at laying our clear directions, very responsive and quick to message any questions we had! Check in was super easy and quiet location to come home to after exploring all day! Highly would recommend staying here! Thank you for letting us into your home!!!

Positive first: lovely, good located apartment. It has everything you need for cooking and hairdryer, iron etc. Elias gave very clear instructions. I will definitely repeat the experience!!Negative: the bathroom it's veeery small, if you are 2 people it's better to make sure you have a lot of confidence with each other. Opening the doors with an extra App make everything a little bit more uncofortable because you have to make sure you have a phone with you.

First of all, the room assigned to you is not the same as the room shown in the photos. There are several apartments in the building, and they seem to assign you whichever apartment is available at the time.There are also a number of steep stairs at the entrance of the building. If you have luggage you have to carry it up those stairs yourself.The room is extremely small. The toilet and sink are practically right next to each other making the bathroom extremely difficult to use. It would be very difficult, if not impossible, for a larger person to fit comfortably.Although the room is advertised as being for two people, it is not large enough to comfortably accommodate the belongings of two people. In the photos, however the room appears much more spacious than it actually is.I also kept receiving regular messages asking for additional payment for early check-in and late check-out.Overall, I was dissatisfied as the accommodation did not match the photos or information provided

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
