Lage ist top, Ausstattung soweit ganz gut
Minuspunkte für:
Mini kleines Bad & Küche, ist nach ein paar Tagen echt anstrengend
Keine richtige Möglichkeit die Handtücher nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen
Kein Fön inklusive
Für kleine Personen geht das Bett und das Bad gerade so.. wir sind aber auch nur ca 1.60m groß, andere werden da eher Probleme haben

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement d’Andreas. Bien que l’appartement soit petit, il est moderne et fonctionnel. Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied.
L’hôte est réactif et donne de bonnes adresses. Je recommande !

Die Lage ist phantastisch. Alles war sehr übersichtlich und sauber. Nur das Badezimmer ist - wie beschrieben - wirklich sehr klein. Hat aber funktioniert!

Great stay at Andreas’ little apartment. Very central so many of the attractions are nearby. He was very good at communicating and always ready to help. He checked in with us upon arrival and departure. There is also a TV which is a big plus.
The shower is indeed very small as described however, please note that the shower is essentially above the toilet. We personally didn’t mind because it did the job but if you are looking for maximum comfort, you should be aware. That didn’t subtract from our stay, except that the water leaked a bit outside of the bathroom especially if you’re taking two showers consecutively.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
