Very good accommodation with ski in ski out! New and fresh, it had everything you need for a few days' stay. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Prompt responses from the host Pontus. We are very satisfied and will happily return.

1. We may request additional photo ID and other details to verify your booking.
2. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV, and noise levels may be measured. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called (approx. SEK 3,000) and the cost will be charged to your booking.
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Fee for violations: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Fees may apply if not followed: unwashed dishes SEK 200; linens/towels not collected SEK 200; additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is not left in good condition.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
