Lovely place and a great location with easy access to the cross-country ski trails (ski in/out). The apartment is to a good standard.What slightly lowered our experience was that, upon arrival, we were informed that the fireplace wasn’t working. We also weren’t able to connect to the Wi‑Fi network. When we tried to contact the host about this, we were referred to a third-party company (Guestit) for assistance. Unfortunately, we had to repeat the issue several times and didn’t get any closer to a solution. There were new case handlers between messages and the response time was quite slow.

Friendly and helpful host. A very nice apartment in a great location in Åre Bjørnen! Close to cross-country ski trails. Nice and clean, with everything you need in the kitchen.

Well located close to the slopes and within a short walk to restaurants. Quiet area with parking just outside. Nice apartment, with the option to sit outside if the weather allows. Family-friendly area.

My family and I would happily come back to this fantastic, fresh, and very comfortable place. It had everything we wanted and needed. Tastefully furnished, and the location was perfect for us with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and the option to easily get to all the slopes in Åre as well — simply perfect. We give this accommodation 10 out of 10.

1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
