I had to wait 3 hours before I received my entrance key. When I got to the apartment door, it wouldn’t open. Then I spent an hour messaging with the host before I was finally given access to another rental apartment he managed. I haven’t received any compensation or anything else. I definitely won’t be using this company again.

Great place for leisure holidays especially in winter. Very handy ski-in/ski-out which is very useful and to get, in a few minutes on slopes, from the room.Room is perfectly situated with a great view on lake with sunset. Åre centre for evening hang out and shopping is a few minutes away and all accommodation is spotless with all equipment.

Perfect location for skiing. Close to ski-lifts, close to town. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, but not much more. The kitchen is small, mainly ment for being able to make breakfast or simple meals. When we visited there were multiple things that was partly broken (lamps and kitchen equipments) and there were stains on walls and furnitures. But still, for the price, a nice apartment with wonderful view over the lake and perfect location for skiing!

Some lamps didn’t work and there were too few glasses for the group, but otherwise we had a really pleasant time in this accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out.

1) Additional ID verification and extra information are required to complete your booking.
2) Quiet hours: 10:00 pm–8:00 am.
3) Check-in from 4:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am.
4) Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or additional overnight guests without our prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are monitored continuously. If rules are broken, we will call Securitas to stop the disturbance; the cost is approx. SEK 390 and will be charged to you.
5) Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6) No pets.
7) We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8) No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Violation fee: SEK 500.
9) Lost key fee: SEK 200 (key + service). If the lock needs to be changed, an additional SEK 400 applies.
10) Before check-out, please:
- Wash all dishes
- Sort trash/recycling
- Gather used bed linens and towels and leave them by the entrance
If this isn’t done, the following fees apply:
- SEK 200 for unwashed dishes
- SEK 200 if linens/towels aren’t gathered
- Any additional cleaning costs if required
By accepting and signing these rules, you agree to follow them. If the rules are broken, the booking may be cancelled immediately without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
