Ski in ski out Tott apartment in Åre

1. Silent hours between 22h00 to 07h00: no shouting, music or other loud noises to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Check-in from 16h00 or later (we can assist you to 22:00), check-out latest at 10h00, unless express cleaning ordered and other times agreed upon.
3. For safety and insurance purposes ONLY the guests named in the check-in form or explicitly given approval in communication with us are allowed in the property, no matter of reason or length of visit. You will be charged additionally 500 SEK/night/person or risk an immediate cancellation without refund if this is not respected. If you have reasons to invite somebody – communicate with us.
4. To enforce our policies of not allowing events, parties etc, there are CCTV OUTSIDE the apartment by the entrance and general building areas as well as a decibel monitor and smoke detector. Failure to comply with our rules crafted to avoid party and events will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence. The cost for that will be charged to your reservation (around SEK 3.000).
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property. Extra cleaning-fee of minimum SEK 3000 will apply at violation.
7. Personal items left at the premises will in general be disposed of and no liability will be accepted from the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, by windows, on balconies, on house courtyard and within 20 meters of the building entrance. It is by Swedish law prohibited within a rental property. Violations for smoking will be charged with SEK 5000.
9. If keys are lost, a minimum fee of SEK 2000 will apply. In case we need to replace the whole lock, the fee is SEK 4000.
10. Checkout Instructions: Please clean the dishes or put dirty dishes in dishwasher (if there is one). Obvious violation, ie leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
If excessively dirty we preserve our rights to charge up to 3x cleaning fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
