Very convenient and super easy to ski in and out. Small and easy to live in, sleeping well and perfect shower and bathroom well heated. Perfect for you prioritizing skiing and sleeping!

House Rules
1. After booking, we may request additional ID and/or other information.
2. Please be considerate and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may be in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV, and noise levels may be measured. If rules are broken, a security guard (Securitas) may be called and a fee of approximately SEK 3,000 may be charged.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets allowed.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance (as required by Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200 replacement/service fee. If the lock must be changed, an additional SEK 400 applies.
10. Before check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels gathered by the entrance. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if used linens/towels are not gathered: SEK 200. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required.
By accepting and signing these house rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
