Great location right by the ski slope. Overall, it’s well equipped. Lovely view from the room.

Highly recommended! Very central location, and the ski-in/ski-out setup is perfect. The only minor challenge when we arrived late on Friday was that we couldn’t find parking right away, which made things a bit inconvenient.

We had a great ski vacation here!
The location was perfect! ski in-out.
Close to the city/shops/restaurants. Yes it was steep, but we thought it was charming and beautiful. If the legs are too tired, you can take "Bergbanen" bake to the apartment.
It was very cold in tha bathroom(!), but we did have -16 degrees outside, and we are used to the cold :-)
The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. So easy with the ski-in-out! There was space for the ski outside the door, and a good entrance to out ski-boots, big jackets, mittens etc.
We would diffinately book again!

The location is very good. The apartment met our expectations. We encountered two issues in the bathroom: there was an unpleasant odor and no heating, so the temperature was around 12–14 °C. I have reported this, and they will discuss it with the property manager. Hopefully they can resolve it before the next guest.

1. After booking, you must be able to present a valid photo ID and, if requested, provide additional information.
2. Please be considerate of neighbors and other residents. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the booking may stay in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or additional overnight guests are not allowed without the host’s approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera and noise levels may be monitored with a decibel meter. If rules are violated, a security company (Securitas) will be called and you will be charged approximately SEK 3,000.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000 (replacement key and service). Lock change: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out requirements: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and gather used bed linens/towels and leave them by the apartment entrance. If not followed, the following fees apply:
- Dirty dishes left behind: SEK 200
- Linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- Insufficient cleaning: an additional cleaning fee will apply
By accepting and signing these house rules, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
