Nice apartment in a central part of Sodermalm that was very comfortable for our family of three. The hosting felt impersonal and corporate with automated messages for everything, but the communication was clear and detailed. Building and apartment access is through a smartphone app that needs to be downloaded and set up in advance by each person in the group who will want a key - it was a bit of hassle up front (and don’t let your phone battery die while’s you’re out sightseeing!!), but worked perfectly each time. Otherwise check in and out was easy, with fewer check out requirements than most other places we stayed in Sweden.

This place is in an amazing location. Lots of great restaurants and easy to get around by bus or metro. Communication was so complete as to be overcommunicative at times. Lots of space inside the unit, and using the key app was really easy. I'm only knocking off a star because the place has been beat up quite a bit and the pictures give an impression that it's pristine. I was in the second smaller bedroom and it felt a bit like an old storage room that was converted into a bedroom. Compared to the other larger bedroom, the second room was no-frills. The baseboards and walls didn't look clean, even if they were. The only lamp in there didn't work, and the only other light in there was accessed with a switch outside of the door, so you couldn't access it if you closed the door. The bookcases in the living room were missing the top shelf, so screws were sticking out, and the floor was really uneven, so I found myself stumbling a few times when walking barefoot.

We loved the location and did not find the checkin through the app annoying! We especially enjoyed the crib setup with a pillow and blanket: our daughter loved it right away and had no issues falling asleep there. The only thing that we noticed was that there were only 2 deep plates and no breakfast bowls, which is handy when traveling with a toddler.

Perfect location for a family with a young toddler. Lots of parks and playgrounds nearby, easy bus and metro options, great cafes and restaurants, convenient to grocery stores. Very spacious apartment. We were able to park our car directly on the street half a block away - it was not a problem at all. Really great spot for a weekend in Stockholm.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
