Communication was good, and the host certainly didn’t hesitate to let us know that every extra service costs €50. It’s ironic, then, that they couldn't even supply a basic toilet air freshener, nor have they fixed the bathroom. The sink plumbing overflows onto the tiles with every use, and the shower (right next to the toilet) leaves standing soapy water across the entire floor that takes 5 minutes to drain. Add in a tiny 130 cm bed, and the contrast between strict €50 extra charges and a lack of basic care is hard to ignore.

The apartment is in a great location, perfect for exploring the city and easily reaching the main attractions. Elias was always available, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or requests.Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and I would recommend this place.

The location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect! The area is very nice, and the city center is easily reachable on foot. There are lots of great places to eat and drink in the neighborhood, yet it was still pleasantly quiet.Check-in also worked wonderfully and smoothly thanks to Elias’s instructions.The place matched the description; we just would have appreciated a bit more attention to cleanliness.Overall, the value for money was spot on, and we would happily come back anytime!Many thanks for a lovely stay :)

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
