The apartment was okay, it wasn’t furnished as beautifully as the photos so when we walked in, it was very bare. The bathroom honestly was disappointing. We expected the size and the design but the condition was unacceptable. The grout throughout the floor and wall tiles was so discoloured and didn’t feel clean. The entire bathroom room wasn’t clean with hair in the corners. The toilet seat was completely broken and would fall off when sat on. Overall, location was great, perfect to walk everywhere and access the metro. Just needs a good clean and some minor maintenance.

Lovely stay! It situated in the perfect location, only a few minutes away from Mariatorget station. The flat was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small but for a few nights it’s manageable. The bathroom door needs to be repaired so that it can be fully shut. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is practical, very well located, and fairly clean. There were a few odors coming from the bathroom, which could use a bit of attention. Communication with Elias was smooth.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
