The apartment is very well located, and the neighborhood is great. It’s clean and tidy, and once you figure out how to get in, it becomes easier. That said, you do need to download a specific app, create an account, and make sure your phone has battery—otherwise you won’t be able to get back in. If you’re traveling with others, it may also be tricky for everyone to enter the building or the apartment.Communication feels a bit cumbersome, as it’s handled through another company that sends instructions. One of the nice things about Airbnb is direct communication between hosts and guests, and here that didn’t really happen.The bed is a bit small— in the photos it looks like a queen, but it seems smaller. The bathroom is extremely small and not very practical. The shower sprays over the toilet, so everything gets wet, and the bathroom can’t really be used until it dries. The kitchen is also very tiny; honestly we didn’t even use it. The TV doesn’t have any signal. Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM isn’t very convenient. It would be appreciated to be able to check in an hour earlier and check out an hour later.

Loved this place so much! Great location next to amazing restaurants and wine bars. Also very quiet and easy to walk everywhere! The place was super clean and very cozy. Highly recommend!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
