This apartment was so cute and was on the most perfect, quiet street! But at the same time, very close to fun restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved it as our Stockholm home base and highly recommend it! Easy to get to anything!

The apartment is in a great location, in a very nice neighborhood and not far from two train stations. It’s on the third floor and the layout was pretty much as expected. It wasn’t exactly the same apartment as shown in the photos, but the differences were minor. The bathroom was a bit smaller, and so was the kitchen, but that wasn’t a big issue. That said, it could have been cleaner: some dust, a stained bedspread or dishes, and some dirt in the mirrored bathroom cabinet…Also, there wasn’t any basic kitchen supply provided—no salt, pepper, oil, etc. These are easy for a host to offer and feel like a small, thoughtful touch. The communication was the most frustrating part: lots of automated messages—too many, too frequent, very long, and overall quite impersonal. On top of that, even small requests came with a fairly steep extra fee (around €50), such as early check-in or late check-out. Overall: a nice apartment, but it didn’t feel very personal, welcoming, or hospitable.

A fantastic little spot, perfect location for if you feel like walking around on foot. Very easy check in and off the main streets so it’s nice and peaceful. Would certainly stay again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen and bathroom are relatively small, but the bedroom is fairly spacious (though the bed is a bit on the small side). The location is good — it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
