Nice studio apartment with a view! Perfect location with ski-in/ski-out access. Within walking distance to the town center, and the Fløibanen funicular also stops nearby. There’s a restaurant/bar in the same building.

House rules
1. After booking, we’ll need some additional details (e.g., photo ID and guest information).
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may be in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval are not allowed. The entrance is monitored by CCTV and a noise-level monitor is installed. If house rules are broken, security (Securitas) will be called and the cost (approx. SEK 3,000) will be charged to you.
5. Please treat the apartment with care and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Fee for violations: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. If not completed, the following fees apply: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if used linens/towels are not gathered, plus any additional costs for extra cleaning if needed.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
