We’d love to come back! The location is fantastic, with direct access to the ski slope and the cable car down to the village (or up the mountain) just 300 meters away. Perfect for a short ski holiday!

The location was excellent, and you don’t necessarily need a car. You can access the slopes and lifts directly from the accommodation or by using the Ski bus. It’s easy to walk or take the bergbanan to the village shops. With the Aimo app, a week’s parking cost 65-70€. The doors open with an app that you download on your phone. There can be occasional challenges with it. If you have an older phone, there is no alternative way to get in. It would be good to have this information in advance.

Bra boende när pist/lift. Gångbro över från huset till tottliften. ljus o fräsch lägenhet med möjlighet att laga mat. Relativt stort badrum vilket är trevligt om man är flera som bor i lgh.

2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered (booked) guests are allowed in the apartment. No parties and no unannounced/unauthorized visitors. The entrance door is monitored by a camera, and noise levels may be monitored. If these rules are broken, security (Securitas) will be called and you will be charged approx. SEK 3,000 for the call-out.
5. Please take good care of the home and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 200; lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. Check-out: Please wash up/clean any dishes, take out the trash, and leave used towels and bed linens gathered by the entrance. A SEK 200 fee applies for dirty dishes or if towels/linens are not collected; additional cleaning charges may apply.
By booking, you agree to these house rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
