Apartment was very clean, great location, but very small, especially bathroom and when sofa bed was open. Appreciated laundry in basement. Communication was good, but dealing with remote rental management and their additional required verification protocol was a bit uncomfortable. Eventually we settled in and had a great stay. Would recommend for single person.

It is an excellent location. Everything is walkable and easy access to transportation. The room was very clean. All the appliances worked well.
The only negative is it is small especially the bathroom. I am tall and had to leave the door open to sit on the toilet.

Such a cute apartment, small but all I needed for my stay. Was great location in the middle of Södermalm close to cafes and interesting shops - ideally for exploring the city. Apartment was tastefully decorated and in immaculate condition, cute apartment building and safe clean area. Highly recommend for a city break and Elias was super responsive and helpful!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
