There was some trouble with the digital check-in as I hadn’t received the link. The check-in procedure via a link should be completed before arrival, and this needs to be communicated much more clearly. The support service was friendly, but it was very difficult to find a contact number.

House rules
1. After booking, we will request additional ID and some extra information.
2. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the booking may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval. Monitoring is in place via an entrance camera and a noise (decibel) monitor. If these rules are violated, a security guard may be dispatched (approx. SEK 3,000 charged to the booking).
5. Please be considerate of the home and the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Personal belongings are stored at your own risk.
8. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000 (key replacement and service). Lock change: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: Wash dishes, sort and dispose of trash/recycling, and place used bed linen and towels just inside the entrance. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee for leaving bed linen/towels without prior agreement: SEK 200. If the apartment is left significantly dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these house rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
