Wow, what an amazing place. 3 of us travelled from Australia for 4 nights and it was amazing. Beautiful little place that had every thing we needed. lifts where within walking distance and the place was immaculate and cosy. It was a pleasure to stay and Pontus was incredible. Cheers mate and thanks again

House rules
1. ID required: By law, we must record a valid government-issued ID and certain personal details at booking/check-in.
2. Quiet hours: Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
3. Check-in/out: Check-in from 4:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am.
4. Registered guests only / no parties: Only guests included in the booking may stay in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, and unapproved overnight visitors are not allowed without the host’s approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera and a noise (decibel) monitor. If rules are broken, security may be called (fee approx. SEK 30,000).
5. Respect the home and neighbors: Please take care of the apartment and be mindful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Left-behind items: We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Violation fee: SEK 500.
9. Keys/locks: Lost key replacement/service fee: SEK 200. Lock change: SEK 400.
10. Before check-out: Wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linen and towels in the hallway by the front door. Unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Missing bed linen/towels: SEK 200. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left unusually messy.
By accepting these house rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
