A pleasant, peaceful, and tidy apartment, with clear instructions. The apartment didn’t have a washing machine even though the listing said it would. The host apologized for the situation and provided a fair compensation. It turned out to be a mistake in the Airbnb description where the washing machine and dishwasher details had accidentally been mixed up.

Great place to stay! Close to hiking trails and within easy walking distance down to the village. A big plus was the balcony with a view and afternoon/evening sun.

A fantastic room that fully matched what was described on the website when we booked. It had all the necessary amenities, felt cosy, and offered a wonderful view from the window. The kitchen was practical and well equipped with everything we needed, including a toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.The location is excellent – it’s easy to get to the ski lifts, and it only takes about five minutes to walk there in ski gear. There’s also a small tram into the city centre, with the stop right by the hotel. It’s a quick way to get into town, and also a really pleasant experience.There was paid parking for the car. The staff were friendly – we didn’t meet in person, but we had a few questions via messages and got quick replies. No issues at all.A very nice place that we’d happily return to.

The view over the village, lake and mountain was spectacular, both from the bedroom as well as from the balcony. We weren't aware that the funicular had a stop just 100 meters from the building. This is a perfect way to easily get to the village center, but even more important, when going back to the building since it's a steep walk, especially with skis and skiboots...

Second year in a row we rent from Pontus.Last year, a completely newly renovated apartment on the first floor. This year, another apartment, also very nicely renovated but a few years old on the third floor. We missed some kitchen items! A few more pieces of cutlery, more glasses, and plates – having to wash after every meal was a bit unnecessary, but okay.A few more hangers would have been appreciated.It would be great with better drying options and more clothes hanging facilities.Nice view, good TV – we will definitely be back.// Thank you, see you next year.

1. To complete your booking, we require a valid photo ID and a few additional details.
2. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties and no overnight visitors without the host’s approval. There are security cameras at the entrance and a decibel meter is used to monitor noise levels. If rules are broken, a security guard may be sent to ensure quiet hours are respected; the cost (approx. SEK 3,000) will be charged to the booking.
5. Please take care of the home and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fees:
- SEK 2,000 for key replacement and service
- SEK 4,000 for changing the locks
10. Check-out requirements: All dishes must be washed, trash must be taken out, and used bed linen/towels must be gathered and left by the door. Fees:
- Unwashed dishes: SEK 200
- Bed linen/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- If check-out preparation is insufficient, an additional cleaning fee will apply
By accepting these rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
