Bright and lovely studio with views of the lake and up towards the slopes. Spacious bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen with both a microwave and an air fryer. Ski storage is available outside in the hallway (bring your own lock).

Just good and nothing unusual. Possibly a bit too much automated communication/messages for my taste, but on the other hand, there's no downside to being overly clear.

House rules
1. After booking, we’ll request additional ID details and information for all guests.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may be in the apartment and stay overnight. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors are not allowed without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV, and noise levels are monitored with a decibel meter. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called out (fee approx. 3,000 SEK).
5. Please be considerate and treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Fee: 500 SEK.
9. Lost key: 200 SEK. Lock replacement: 400 SEK.
10. Check-out instructions: wash, dry, and put away all dishes; take out the trash; leave used bed linens and towels by the entrance. If not followed, fees apply: dishes 200 SEK; linens/towels 200 SEK. Any extra cleaning will be charged separately.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
