Bra plats, men det är definitivt viktigt att känna till resortområdet för att veta exakt var man bor. Ski-in-out-konceptet innebär att det inte är en riktig stolspringbana, vilket var anledningen till att jag bokade detta boende – jag använde den därför inte. Jag reste med tåg med en tung resväska, och att bära den hela vägen uppför, en cirka 15 minuters promenad, tog längre tid eftersom det kändes som att vandra uppför med mycket packning – inte optimalt. Jag blev inte informerad om detta. Om man tar en taxi är det mycket dyrt – det är ju Sverige, som man kanske vet, och det kostar $55 för en 20 minuters bilresa runt i området. Att gå till centrum tar ungefär 15 minuter, men de isiga vägarna kan innebära halka. Jag önskar att jag hade bott närmare huvudcentret – promenaden kan man vänja sig vid, men jag var inte medveten om hur mycket extra arbete det skulle innebära att bo på detta resmål. Bussarna trafikerar området sparsamt, så det gäller att vara förberedd. När det gäller rummet fanns ingen TV som utlovat och några lampor var utslitna. Incheckningen var enkel och det finns en hiss. På sängen fanns endast en filt och en kudde, och sängen var av queen size. Köket har alla nödvändiga redskap. Sammantaget är det okej.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på denna studio, och skulle rekommendera den till alla som vill njuta av bergen. Mycket bra tillgänglig för skidåkning!

Perfekt för tre dagars skidåkning för två personer. En studio är kanske lite för liten för fler än två och/eller för en hel vecka. Ski-in/ski-out OCH gångavstånd till byn är väldigt bra!

Litet men maximerat boende som fungerade bra för skidåkning. De flesta bekvämligheter fanns. Nackdel att det var en bit till backen sent på säsongen.

Allt funkade smidigt och uppfyllde förväntningarna. Bra sängar. Det hade varit trevligt med en kaffebryggare men det fanns ändå vattenkokare så det var ok.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
