Great value ski-in/ski-out accommodation. Truly ski-in, ski-out. There’s good parking right by the property. It’s very convenient to take the cable car one stop and then enjoy a short walk back after dinner down in Åre village.

I only stayed one night at Tott, such a simple place to stay when you're going skiing for two days. I wish there had been a bit more hassle-free parking.

Mycket välstädat och fin lägenhet precis vid tottbacken. Vi var mer än nöjda och kommer absolut boka igen. Fanns lite svårigheter med wifi men det löste sig med hjälp av Pontus

1. After you book, we’ll request additional photo ID and some supplementary information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may be in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval. Compliance is monitored via an entrance camera and a noise-level monitor. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called out (approx. SEK 3,000) and the cost will be charged to your booking.
5. Please take care of the home and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000 for a replacement key and service, plus an additional SEK 4,000 if the lock must be changed.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used sheets and towels just inside the front door. If these instructions aren’t followed, or if the apartment is left excessively dirty, additional fees may apply:
- Dirty/unwashed dishes: SEK 200
- Sheets/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- Additional cleaning fee if needed
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
