Good stay Good time Location, Amenities, Communication.There is a free shuttle cabin car that travels between centre and top. One can get down in the middle to reach the property. I guess adding this information in the check-in instruction will really help people to reach there hassle free.

House rules
1. We may request additional ID verification and extra guest details in connection with your booking.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM and must be respected.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Parties, larger gatherings, or any additional overnight guests require the host’s prior approval. To help ensure compliance, there is a camera at the entrance and a noise-level monitor inside the home. If rules are violated, Securitas (a private security company) may be called out (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key fees:
• SEK 200 for a replacement key and service
• SEK 400 for a lock change
10. Check-out instructions: wash dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Additional fees may apply if check-out is not completed as instructed:
• Dirty dishes: SEK 200
• Linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200
• Extra cleaning may be charged if needed
By accepting and signing, you agree to these house rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
