if you are the skiier and snowboarderx, this is what you are looking for to provide everything you need. Ski in-Ski out just right at the 45”th floor. The route is exceptional and so much fun and so additive. I always did our Fika and lunch at the ro because it’s super close to the lift and continued on after that. The room was so comfy for 2 people with a hommy kind of vibe.

The place was really cozy and had everything you could possibly need—and then some. There was a TV in both the living room and the bedroom with Apple TV, a variety of games for kids, and all the glasses, dishes, and other kitchen equipment you could want. It was ski-in/ski-out by going up to the top floor of the building, where you cross a short bridge straight to the slope. However, the run was challenging—so it’s really only suitable for advanced skiers. Otherwise, it was just a short walk to the funicular, which takes you straight into the town center. Overall, it was fantastic, and I’d happily stay there again!

Perfect if you’re two people and want to be close to the slopes! The stovetop wasn’t in the best shape, but otherwise everything was great.Pontus is an awesome host.

1. ID on request: When booking, you may be asked to provide additional details and a copy of a valid photo ID.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in / check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Registered guests only / no parties: Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval. Compliance is monitored via an entrance camera and a noise monitor. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called and a fee of approx. SEK 300 may be charged to your booking.
5. Respect the home and neighbors: Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Left-behind items: The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost keys: SEK 200 for key replacement/service, plus SEK 400 for lock replacement.
10. Check-out instructions: Wash any used dishes, take out the trash, and gather used bed linens and towels and leave them by the apartment entrance. If not followed, extra fees may apply: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if linens/towels are not gathered, plus any additional cleaning fee if the apartment is left unusually dirty.
By accepting these rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
