Overall, everything was good. There was a bit of noise in the evening, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. It was great to have ski-in/ski-out access via the ski bridge. The location was very good, both for the lift/slopes and for getting into town, and communication was quick and helpful whenever we had questions.

A bonus was that there was a TV—even though it was listed as "not available." The bathroom was very modern and fresh.

1. After booking, please complete our online check-in form and provide the requested details along with a valid photo ID.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
3. Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. No parties and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. To help ensure compliance, there is a security camera at the entrance and a noise level monitor (decibel meter) inside the home. If rules are broken, you may be charged for a security call-out (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take good care of the apartment and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000. If the lock needs to be replaced, an additional SEK 4,000 will apply.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels/bed linen together by the entrance. Fees if instructions are not followed: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if towels/bed linen are not gathered, plus any additional cleaning costs.
By confirming your booking, you agree to these house rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
