Everything went smoothly. Easy check-in. We really enjoyed our stay. Considering the price, it was really good. A few small downsides: it was a bit dusty under the beds and there was some hair in the shower. There were also very few cutlery items and plates available. There was a TV, but no channels—this could be mentioned in the listing since it’s shown in the photos.

The apartment is good. It's small but well designed for the space. The second bedroom is tiny though - just a bed and a shelf in there, nowhere to put anything. The kitchen is adequate and we didn't cook there anyway. But more cereal bowls were needed, only 2 were provided. The rest of the crockery was adequate for 3-4 people. There is plenty of hot water and the water pressure is good. The apartment was quite noisy but were probably just unlucky - the people above us were very loud and there were people outside shouting until very late.The location is great, right over the footbridge to a lift and ski right back. However, we have never in 20 years stayed in a ski apartment that didn't provide access to the ski room. We only got in because we managed to get the code off someone. If I had known this I would not have booked it - don't be put off, but do be aware.

Perfect location right next to the elevator and within walking distance of central Åre. Overall, a very good place to stay.

The on-site staff were very helpful and welcoming, even when the key system was a bit of a mess. However, I did miss information about where to store skis.

2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Registered guests only. No parties and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera and a noise monitor (decibel meter) is in use. If rules are broken, a security guard may be called (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the property and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance (Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 200. Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. At check-out: wash dishes, take out the trash, and place used sheets and towels just inside the door. Fees for incomplete/incorrect check-out: dishes SEK 200, linens/laundry SEK 200, plus any additional cleaning at cost.
By booking, you agree to these house rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
