Modern ski in / ski out apartment in the Bjornen area of the Åre ski resort. Ideal for families. Great location (50 metres from the slope), with dedicated parking space and ski storage.

Really lovely cabin with a perfect location for ski-in/ski-out.Kim provided great information and responded quickly and clearly.We’re deducting one star, as we weren’t able to book a late check-out even though we were told it might be possible.

A very pleasant place to stay right next to the slopes at Sadeln.Comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely large sofa in the living room.I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

1. Additional ID and booking details are required to confirm your reservation.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. No parties and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. The entrance is monitored and a noise-level meter is used; violations may result in security being called (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the home and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 applies for violations.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, sort trash/recycling, and place used bed linens and towels together by the entrance. If not completed, fees apply (SEK 200 for unwashed dishes; SEK 200 if linens/towels are not gathered). Additional cleaning fees may apply.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
