Great accommodation in a prime location! Stunning views and a smooth check-in. The lodging is good and functional. We did find parking a bit challenging, as it was almost always full during our stay.

Nice and simple apartment with ski in and ski out options. A basic kitchen with stovetops and a microwave. There is no oven here. Good information provided throughout your stay.

1. We may request additional ID verification and supporting information during the booking process.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval are not allowed. Compliance is monitored by an entrance camera and a noise (decibel) monitor. In case of a violation, Securitas will be called to check the property and the cost (approx. SEK 3,000) will be charged to your booking.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost keys: SEK 200 for key replacement/service. Lock change: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used sheets and towels by the entrance. If these instructions aren’t followed, or if the apartment is left unusually dirty, extra fees will apply:
- Dirty dishes left behind: SEK 200
- Sheets/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- Inadequate cleaning: additional cleaning fee will apply
By accepting these house rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
