Very convenient! It was just a matter of stepping in and making yourself at home, the digital key was truly handy. And Pontus responded very quickly if there was anything you were wondering about :)

Helt upåklageligt bortset fra en lille ting: På annoncen stod der, at boligen var 6-7 min gang fra stationen. Det var nærmere 20 min, hvilket gjorde det til en rinelig hård tur opad bakke med alt vores bagage. Men i det store hele en rigtig god bolig! Anbefales.

Hei,Vi hadde det veldig fint i leiligheten og det funket veldig godt for en familie på 4 stk, da hadde vi fortsatt en ledig seng. Tott er supert for å entre skibakken og det er nært sentrum og ikke minst Bergbanen. Vi har vært på Tott flere ganger tidligere, men ikke på denne siden av bygget hvor utsikten er topp. Ingen Om jeg kunne endret noe er det teppegulvet som ikke er helt topp for støvsensitivitet. Takk for oss, vi hadde det veldig fint.Mvh Frida

1. We may request additional photo ID and booking details in connection with your reservation.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s approval. To help ensure compliance, there is a camera at the entrance and an indoor noise-level monitor. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called and the cost (approx. 300 SEK) will be charged to the booking.
5. Please take good care of the home and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: 500 SEK.
9. Lost key fee: 200 SEK for call-out and a replacement key; 400 SEK if the lock must be changed.
10. Check-out instructions: wash any used dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels together by the apartment entrance. Additional fees may apply if not followed:
- Dirty dishes: 200 SEK
- Linens/towels not gathered: 200 SEK
- Incomplete check-out: an additional cleaning fee may apply
By accepting and signing, you agree to these house rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
