Perfectly fine stay.- Nice room, tasteful decor and a fresh bathroom- Great location with ski-in/ski-out- Lovely view over Åre village- Smooth check-in/out entirely via mobile, which made it very flexible and easy to come and go- Good garage connected to the property

We were all super satisfied with the accommodation! It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Pontus was excellent at helping with any questions we had about the place, and he always responded super quickly!

1. When booking, we may request additional photo ID and/or further information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests. No parties and no unapproved visitors without the host’s written permission. CCTV is installed at the entrance door and a noise level monitor is used. If rules are broken, a security company (Securitas) will be called and the guest will be charged (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please be considerate and treat the apartment and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal items left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000 for key service, plus an additional SEK 4,000 if the lock needs to be replaced.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Additional fees apply if the apartment is not left according to instructions:
- Dirty dishes: SEK 200
- Bed linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- If the apartment is left unusually dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged based on actual cost.
By accepting and signing, you agree to the rules above. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
