I traveled with my girlfriends to Åre for a skiing trip and found the apartment superb—both for its easy access to the slopes and its proximity to the town center. The host responded quickly whenever we had questions, which felt reassuring, and the apartment itself was very lovely. We would all consider booking this apartment again for our next ski holiday.

fantastic accommodation for a ski holidays! the building is connected to the slopes, offering ski in option, which in turn gives you access to the whole infrastructure of Åre ski resort. At the same time it is walking distance from many restaurants, town center and shopping. those who don't wish to walk can use a trolley that goes up from the main square and stops few minutes away from the accomodation.Apartment itself was exactly as described. modern, with a lot of small touches that give it a home like feel. the kitchen is well equipped, giving you the freedom to prepare whatever meals you wish. Bathroom is large and clean, with the amenities mentioned provided. Bedrooms are also exactly as on the pictures, with one double bed amd a smaller one with bunk beds. There is also a pull out couch in living room.It is my second time staying in this building, and with this host, and I highly recommend both. Great place to stay in Åre.

1. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
2. After booking, we may request additional ID and/or further information.
3. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors are not allowed without the host’s approval. Compliance is monitored via an outdoor camera at the entrance and an indoor noise monitor that measures sound levels only (not conversations). If rules are violated, security (Securitas) will be called and the cost will be charged to the guest (approx. SEK 3,000).
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law.
5. Please take good care of the property and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
8. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
9. Lost keys require the lock to be replaced; fee: SEK 2,000.
10. Before departure: wash dishes and sort/dispose of trash according to the instructions. An additional fee may apply if this is not done.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
