Cozy little apartement in a wounderful location, loved the ski in-out solution. Wonderful location and cozy little appartement. A bit trouble in the beginning with early check in, but the crew were very helpful.

1. After booking, we’ll need a copy of a valid photo ID and a few additional details.
2. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. The entrance is monitored, and we also use a noise monitor (decibel meter). If rules are broken, we may need to call security/arrange an inspection (approx. SEK 3,000—charged to you).
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind or lost.
8. Smoking is not allowed indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000 (replacement key and service). If the lock needs to be changed, an additional SEK 4,000 will apply.
10. Check-out instructions: Wash any dishes you’ve used, take out the trash, and neatly gather used towels/bed linens and leave them by the apartment door.
Possible additional charges:
- Unwashed kitchen items/dishes: SEK 200
- Bed linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- If the apartment is not left in an acceptable condition, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
By confirming and signing, you agree to all rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
