Great cabin close to the ski slope!

Despite some issues with the digital key, hair in the shower, and a bit of dust on the floor, we were pleased with the accommodation, which served its purpose. It’s conveniently located close to both the lift and the slopes. It was a bonus to have a rentable garage in the basement.

Great location. There is a good garage beneath the building. The area is quiet and the building itself is peaceful. It offers the convenience of ski in, ski out. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, although the corridors, stairwells, and elevator are a bit worn and could use some updating. The concern of accidentally triggering the sensitive fire alarm, which would result in a 5000 SEK fine, was unsettling.

1. Additional ID verification is required to complete the booking.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only guests included in the reservation may be in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors are not allowed without the host’s approval. Monitoring is in place via an entrance camera and a noise level monitor. If rules are broken, security may be called (approx. SEK 3,000 will be charged to the booking).
5. Please be considerate and treat the apartment and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement (if required): an additional SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions:
- Wash all dishes.
- Take out the trash.
- Place used sheets and towels in the entryway/hall.
- Unwashed dishes fee: SEK 200.
- Fee for not gathering sheets/towels as instructed: SEK 200.
- An additional cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left generally messy or dirty.
By accepting and signing these rules, you agree to follow them. If rules are broken, the booking may be canceled immediately without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
