Utmärkt läge för skidåkning. Det är även en kort promenad till centrum.Lägenheten var rymlig nog för en grupp på 5 personer och väl utrustad.Pontus var lätt att nå och svarade snabbt. Han är verkligen hjälpsam och tog snabbt hand om de inledande problemen.

Bra boende, nära skidbackar och byn. Dock lite lyhört och svårt att missa ungdomar som spelade musik och pratade högt mitt i natten.

Har varit i Åre för tredje gången. Denna plats är perfekt belägen. Jag lämnade bilen på en närliggande parkeringsplats och använde den aldrig. Pisterna ligger bara en minuts promenad bort. Centrum är 500 meter bort. Bergbanan tar dig tillbaka från stan, ingen anledning att gå uppför. Lägenheten har allt som behövs för vistelsen. En utmärkt plats för familjer.

Jättebra läge! Kort promenad för att komma ner till byn och precis vid backen. Bergbanan stannade även i närheten vilket var praktiskt när man skulle uppför backen med skidor osv. Rent och fräscht! Ganska litet kök och ingen frys men i övrigt var vi jättenöjda.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
