House rules
1. At booking, we may request additional photo ID and booking details.
2. Please be considerate and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Parties, larger gatherings, or any additional overnight guests require the host’s prior approval. CCTV is in place at the entrance and a noise level monitor is used to ensure compliance. In case of rule violations, security (Securitas) may be called out (approx. SEK 3,000 charged to the guest).
5. Take good care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000 (replacement key + service). Lock change: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash your dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels gathered by the entrance. Fees if instructions are not followed:
- SEK 200 for unwashed dishes
- SEK 200 for unreported/extra use of laundry (linens/towels)
- Additional cleaning fee if the apartment is left unusually messy
By accepting and signing the house rules, you agree to the above. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
