It was a very comfortable stay. When we arrived and I wasn’t sure how to use the parakey at first, you responded quickly and it really helped.There’s a large supermarket nearby, and the location is very convenient—close to the station, and you can get to the Central Station in just a few minutes, which I really appreciated.If possible, I think having a shower curtain would make it easier to keep the bathroom floor dry and use the toilet area comfortably.Also, you kindly collected our household rubbish all together, but if you could provide clear sorting instructions and dedicated bin bags, guests could sort their waste themselves. I think that would make the apartment even more eco-friendly.I hope I’ll have the chance to stay again someday.Thank you very much.

Cleaning before our arrival was rather basic — we found hair in the bathroom and on the bed, and there were stains on the pillows and mattress. The location is excellent. Communication was fairly quick, although we were sent a lot of messages about possible paid early or late check-in. The checkout instructions were clear. Overall, the value for money felt average to below average, mainly saved by the great location.

Perfect apartment for spending a few days in Stockholm, in a neighborhood outside the most touristy areas but still lively and well connected—especially if you’re getting around on foot.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
