Great location with ski in/ski out access. Conveniently located near Åre center with a full range of amenities, yet still offering some seclusion. Parking is immediately adjacent. The system for check-in and check-out works without cards or keys, providing both convenience and an extra layer of security.

Nice and very well located apartment just big enough for three persons with nice views to Åre center. Excellent access to slopes via Tott T-bar skilift.Bed linens & towels provided only for two persons but Pontus took care of this within one day. Warning signs about closing the shower room door and using the ventilator while cooking should indeed be taken seriously as there were three fire alarms in the building during our 10 days stay

Ett härligt boende med fantastisk utsikt och närhet till Åre torg (hyfsat brant backe) och skidbackar samt vandringsleder. Enkelt boende men med hög standard. Utsikten var magnifik över Åre by och sjö samt fjället. Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Om jag ska nämna några minusposter, blir det parkeringsproblematiken. (dyrt både vid hotell och nere i byn) Det saknas en ugn för matlagning. Annars hänförande utsikt och välordnad ren lägenhet.Mvh Lennart

Saknades lakan till bäddsoffan men det ordnades till slut, resten var toppen, härlig utsikt.

1. After booking, you’ll need to provide a valid government-issued ID and any additional information requested.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM out of consideration for everyone.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may be in the apartment and stay overnight. No parties and no overnight visitors without the host’s approval. There is a security camera at the building entrance and a decibel/noise monitor inside the apartment. If rules are violated, security may be called (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200 per key. Lock change: SEK 40.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels together by the door. Fees: unwashed dishes SEK 200; linens/towels not gathered SEK 200. Additional cleaning, if needed, will be charged separately.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
