The accommodation was very good and in a great location for starting hikes right from the property. It was fresh and very well cleaned. Unfortunately, the digital keys didn’t work, which was a bit of a shame as it took some time to get into the accommodation.

Nice studio with direct access to the slopes and walking distance to town. We really enjoyed the view on the mountains and the lake! 💙

House rules
1. After booking, we will request a copy of a valid government-issued ID and some additional information.
2. Please be considerate—quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Overnight stays are for registered guests only. No parties, large gatherings, or unapproved visitors without the host’s consent. The property has a doorbell/entry camera and a noise monitor (decibel meter). If rules are broken, a security company (Securitas) may be called (approx. SEK 3,000, charged to the booking).
5. Take good care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters of the entrance (per local law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fees:
- SEK 2,000 for key replacement and service
- SEK 4,000 for lock replacement
10. At check-out: wash and put away dishes, sort and dispose of trash/recycling, and place used sheets and towels just inside the entrance.
- SEK 200 if dishes are not clean
- SEK 200 if sheets/towels are not gathered
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left unusually dirty
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
