Great apartment in immediate proximity to everything Åre has to offer. It is within walking distance of the center with the opportunity to step right out into the ski slopes 😊 Recommended!

Really nice experience for in Tott residence. The place is very well located with direct access to the ski lift. The flat was well adapted to our family. I recommend it.

Very complicated check-in procedure. The app-controlled access system was a bit confusing until we understood how it worked... The apartment was nice, with a location as described, centrally located and perfect with ski in – ski out. However:We had informed them that we were two friends staying there, one in the bed and one on the sofa bed in the living room. Upon arrival, only bedding and towels for one person were provided. There was only one sheet available for the second person in the closet, and no extra duvet, duvet cover, or towels were provided. We notified Pontus, but no action was taken during the two nights we stayed there. We feel that there is room for improvement.

Perfect location for ski lovers!

House rules
1) After booking, we require a copy of a valid photo ID and details for all guests.
2) Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3) Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4) Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior written approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are monitored with a decibel/sound meter. If there are disturbances, security may be called (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
5) Please take good care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6) No pets.
7) We are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or left behind.
8) Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9) Lost key: SEK 200 replacement/handling fee. Replacing the lock cylinder costs SEK 400.
10) Check-out instructions:
- Wash any dishes you’ve used.
- Take out the trash.
- Gather used towels and bed linens and leave them by the door.
Fees if instructions are not followed:
- Unwashed dishes: SEK 200
- Bed linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required.
Breaking these rules may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
