The apartment has everything you need for two people, and it’s finished to a high standard throughout. The view from the balcony is fantastic. If we had any questions, the host was quick to help. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay with really comfortable beds and duvets.Lovely to have a balcony with a fantastic view.The listing matched our expectations and had everything we needed. The digital key made check-in really smooth.Close to the Åre cable car and within walking distance of Åre Square.There’s cheaper parking a bit further down the hill.We stayed here for 4 nights and can warmly recommend this accommodation.

If it hadn’t been for the lovely weather, and the fact that we could sit out on the terrace after a long day on the slopes, it would have been a bit dull to stay in bed and watch TV — which unfortunately wasn’t working properly.

The studio apartment had a lovely view and was generally a nice place to stay. Ski-out access was via a T-bar, which works well for skiers, but is less convenient for snowboarders due to a slight camber.The apartment itself was fairly well equipped for cooking, and it was a nice touch to have washing-up liquid, a sponge, and a tea towel provided. The draining rack was a bit fiddly to use, and a larger cheese grater would have been a helpful addition.We did experience an issue with hot water on our last morning, but it was resolved before checkout (we had a late checkout, which helped). The only other minor inconvenience was that the instructions said we’d receive the keys 24 hours before arrival, but they were actually sent just an hour before check-in.Overall, a good stay with a few small areas that could be improved.

2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may be in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV, and we use a noise-level monitor. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please be considerate and treat the home and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000 per key + service fee. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens/textiles by the entrance. Unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Linens/textiles not gathered: SEK 200. Additional charges may apply if unusually extensive cleaning is required.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these house rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
