Basic accommodation for a low costPositive: Looked like the photos except bedding was different. Very clean. Basic apartment with essentials. Host had good communication. The area is quite residential, about a 10 min walk to the train station, supermarket, pharmacy, gym etc. Other than that there is not much else around but it’s quick and easy to get into central Stockholm on the train. Close to nature.Negative: Hot water lasts for 5 mins which is disclosed in the ad but is still difficult to live with if you also need to wash dishes. I stayed here solo for work but if you were a couple I think it would be hard to both have enough water to shower. A kettle would be great. Also would have liked to have a microwave to heat food.No access to a washing machine during a longer stay despite there being a washing room on site. Host charges for fresh towels or linen. This was not ideal for a longer stay and is not mentioned. Nearby construction sometimes caused the apartment to shake a lot which started at 6:30am and was not nice to wake up to. I unfortunately had some terrible neighbours during my stay. There were several instances of suspicious activity involving police visits, ambulances, drugs, domestic disputes etc which is outside of the control of the host however is worthy of noting that the environment felt unsafe during my stay.

Séjour relativement correct pour le prix, mais plusieurs points à revoir. Le logement est plus éloigné du centre-ville que ce qui est indiqué, et le temps de trajet est plus long. La cuisine manquait du strict minimum, et le ménage laissait à désirer, avec un tiroir à couverts usé et pas très propre. L’appartement, bien que moderne, était moins lumineux que sur les photos. Nous aurions aussi préféré communiquer avec une vraie personne plutôt que des messages automatisés. Malgré le prix attractif, nous aurions aimé un logement plus complet.

House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
