Honestly the place is wonderful with location, barely took me anytime to get out to do things. The toilet situation is peculiarly small but as advertised, check in was easy, entry and exit via bluetooth was easy, and the bed was pretty comfortable. One thing though - wifi wasn't the best so i had to use a lot of my data instead. in stockholm, location is everything and from what I heard from swedes, this is what apartments in södermalm are like anyway. The convenience and fair amount of comfort was worth it.

Great location, perfect spot for 1-2 people for a weekend in Stockholm! Apartment is very Scandinavian (particularly the bathroom/shower), as a heads up.

The location was really convenient, with great access to the main sightseeing spots. The Swedish-style shower felt a bit unfamiliar to me as a Japanese guest, but it turned out to be surprisingly easy to use. Thank you very much.

The little apartment is cute and well equipped — very small, but manageable. Unfortunately, the bathroom is so tiny that it’s basically impossible to wash properly or take a shower. Taking a shower means water ends up everywhere and you risk damaging the door.What bothered me the most, though, was the rather excessive reliance on technology to get into the apartment. Everything is done via your phone. This raises a real concern: what happens if I lose my phone or it breaks? That’s where I have the host’s number and the “keys” to get in — and what if I haven’t written the details down on paper?Also (as happened to me), I had to reset my phone outside the door and ended up wasting quite a bit of time. What if, during that time, it’s pouring rain and there’s nowhere to shelter? And if someone arrives early in the morning with luggage, are they supposed to carry it around Stockholm?In our case, luckily, the cleaner was there. Overall, it felt like this whole setup is handled a bit carelessly, without fully thinking through the practical consequences.

Great location, and good for short stay only, BUT- The smallest bathroom I've ever seen, you cannot take a shower with the door closed- Check in needed me to do a whole procedure and download an app, verify myself there, open Bluetooth to access the building and apartment. There is no key, only the app, so i was always stressed I'll run out of battery and cannot enter the apartment - Noisy and smelly if the neighbours cooked or smoked- The host seemed to use an AI bot for communication - Tiny kitchen

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
