The host kept mentioning the bathroom, but the bigger issue was that the apartment was not clean. There was a lot of dust and dirt (including under the bed), to the point that it was hard to breathe. The bathroom was dirty too; there were stains and dirty water in the toilet. The kitchen had stains, the microwave was dirty, and the plates, cutlery, and kitchen items were marked and stained. The duvet cover was torn, and it seemed like a single-size sheet had been put on, so it didn’t fully cover the bed. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell.The wooden floors were very squeaky and disturbing when someone walked. The building was quite noisy, with a lot of sound—especially in the mornings (trash collection and neighbors). The host warns guests about noise, but the building itself is noisy, and that really needs to be addressed. The doors are thin.There were insects in the apartment; I informed the host and shared photos. The carpet was shedding threads, and as you walked it both spread dirt and left fibers around.The bathroom is small and works more for a quick stand-up shower, but the other issues were very frustrating. Also, the location is about an 18-minute walk to the center with hills and stairs.Unfortunately, we were not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend it.

The apartment is in a creat location with multiple public transport options. The Bathroom is a bit strange but perfectly fine😅😊.Overall we were very happy with this airbnb and we would book it again!

The accommodation is well located, and the window looks out onto a quiet area. The place was clean on arrival. We were missing our bed sheets, but after messaging Elias, we received them very quickly.The toilet/shower room is very small. Although this is stated in the listing, I wouldn’t recommend it if you have any mobility issues. The lock system works well. The information provided beforehand is clear, though in my view there were quite a few messages that felt a bit repetitive. The only issue we had was that the studio was very poorly soundproofed from the neighbors, so we could hear all their conversations at any time of day.

nice place in the best area of Stockholm. quick responses by the host. Be aware that (race) bikes are not allowed in this Airbnb! otherwise great place would recommend

3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
