Elias was fast with responses, clear in his communication, helpful when resolving an airbnb mishap upon an extend stay offer glitch which I really appreciated.Lovely area, quiet, yet easy access to nice areas in the city. Good thrift shops & cafes nearby. Close to subway.The place is small & basic but fresh.A great short stay!

The accommodation was clean and cozy in a great location in town. Check in was easy and efficient with the digital passkey. We knew of the small bathroom upon arrival but were slightly shocked by just how small it was - the shower was above the sink and turned on only with the tap, which was unpleasant.Prior to booking the room, we were aware of the check-in form we had to complete, but didn’t realise it would take us through a 3rd party site out of AirBnB and ask us to disclose a photo of our ID/ passport. Be aware of this - although it seems to be a secure portal, so far .Overall would recommend staying here!

The location was great in Söder. The room was practical and the bed was comfortable, but a bit narrow for two adults. Unfortunately, it hadn’t been cleaned under the bed, which isn’t ideal for guests with dust allergies. After some discussion with the host, it was sorted out and the cleaning was done. Our complaint was financially compensated through Airbnb.The entire building consists of apartments rented out via Airbnb. That’s not ideal, as Stockholm residents can be pushed out when homes are taken over and run by companies.

Really helpful and direct hosts. Everything was easy, the apartment had the basics of what you need for a short stay and the building was beautiful and in a great location.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
