We were so happy to stay in the apartment! The location is really great in a quiet area, and the bed is wonderfully soft. All the amenities are exactly as described. Thanks for being such a great host!

The bathroom is quite small, even for someone of a medium-to-small build like me (I’m 1.64 m and slim). It’s so compact that using the toilet and taking a shower felt rather uncomfortable. The kitchen is also tight: to open the oven door you need to open the fridge door, so it isn’t very practical for cooking. That said, for a short stay the kitchen is manageable — the main issue is really the bathroom.

l selected an Okay rating, because the place is okay. The bed is very comfy and the location is great. But one must truly understand that it will be difficult to take a shower and to wipe your butt in the bathroom/shower. Also the quantity and length of the automated message could be reduce. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Excellent stay! The studio felt warm and welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. As for the shower, it was more than adequate and exactly as described—so no surprises. The studio is very well located, about a 5–7 minute walk from two metro stations. There’s a gym, a bakery, bars, restaurants, and shops within 250 meters! Thanks to the host’s very detailed instructions, I had no trouble using the “Parakey” app to access the studio the first time.One tip if you’re traveling solo: consider bringing a power bank, because without your phone you won’t be able to access your virtual keys. I recommend this accommodation, and don’t forget to go to “Monteliusvägen” to watch the sunset over the city—it’s a 10–15 minute walk! Sweden is a beautiful country!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
