Convenient and cozy studio with table and small kitchen, wifi works just fine and access is easy and comfortable, only the shower/toilet is too small for a big person.

Estudio bien localizado, pero el baño es diminuto y tiene la ducha sobre la taza del water. La cortina de la ducha se te pega en el culo y es imposible ducharse. Este baño solo es apto para contorsionistas.

Very well located in Södermalm with the metro, the restaurants and bars around
Elias was very reactive to the different questions I've had.
(The bathroom is indeed really really small)
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €40.
