Good location of the studio with restaurants and stores not far away. The unit itself is smaller than perceived in pictures (roughly 9ft x 6ft living space)Sofa bed was uncomfortable and took up entire room when opened as mentioned in listing. It was an older apartment and had opportunity to be cleaner. Please keep in mind there are no curtains covering the windows and individuals in the courtyard can look directly inside- In fact someone even told us they were watching us inside the unit try and move around and it looked very compact from what they watched. Check in instructions were missing lock box codes to enter. We reached out to the host and he provided correct information 30 minutes later

Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our time there very much. The communication was great and the location of the airbnb is great as well. Something noteworthy is that there is no wifi- which was not an issue for us. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the apartment!

Elias ist ein sehr kompetenter Gastgeber, er war immer gut zu errreichen und bemphte sich bei Fragen oder Anliegen zeitnah zu helfen. Die Sauberkeit des Airbnbs lässt zu wünschen übrig, da zwischen dem Schlafsofa und der Wand beispielsweise alte, benutzte Socken vom Vorgast zu finden waren. Am Teppich lagen außerdem vereinzelt Fußnägel und das Klo ist auch verschmutzt gewesen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist um einiges kleiner als auf den Bildern zu sehen, jedoch weißt er dennoch auf ein kleines Studio hin. Das merkwürdigste jedoch war, dass in der ersten Nacht eine unbekannte Person mittels Schlüssel gegen 22 Uhr in das Studio kam. Am nächsten Tag klärte der Gastgeber dieses Problem jedoch sehr kompetent. Die Unsicherheit über die Privatsphäre in der Wohnung blieb aber eingeschränkt. Die Lage war sehr gut (5 min Fußweg zur Ubahn). Man schläft direkt neben dem Kühlschrank, welcher sehr laute Geräusche macht. Im Flur nebenan sind auch immer wieder laute Geräusche von den anderen zu hören.

El alojamiento estubo muy bien, al principio hubo un par de cosas que no entendiamos pero Elias resolvio nuestras dudas muy rapidamente.
La zona es muy tranquila, está a pocos minutos andando del centro y muy bien comunicada mediante transporte publico.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
