Das Airbnb war sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Lage war optimal da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel unmittelbar in der Nähe waren.

Petit bémol : appartement très sale, cheveux et poils sur les lits, vaisselle non faite à notre arrivé, un verre cassé a été rangé et le matelas est taché.

Really enjoyed my stay at Andreas’s place, apartment was just as described and clean. Communication with the host was very smooth which left me without any issues or doubts. Definitely recommended !

Great, fresh, clean and spacious place to stay few minutes away from city center!
Absolutely loved the wooden floor that has not produced ANY sound while we were staying there. Located just few commuter train stops from the centre, so, considering some amenities crucial for family vacation, was by far a better choice in comparison with similarly priced units that are closer to center!
Check-in turned out to be a really nice quest for our kids. Did not get a chance to explore the neighborhood but really enjoyed the walk to and from the train station.
Sad to see some interior design elements missing, but i’m sure there are reasons for it.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
