Andreas was always quick to respond and very helpful. The home was small but just enough. The bus station was just a few steps away, therefore it was super easy to get to the city. The early check-in was a bit pricey for us, and the floors and the kitchen could be a tiny bit cleaner. Everything else was fine. It is located outside the city center, so it feels more private.

Underbart boende och för oss som besökte Comic Con kunde läget inte vara bättre. Inget att klaga på överhuvudtaget egentligen, om det skulle vara något hade vi önskat att det låg en bäddmadrass på sängen. Utan den blir den lite hård men som sagt inget vi gnäller över :)

Andreas is a very attentive host. He made sure to communicate instructions and even for pre-arrival. The apartment was as described, clean, spacious and tidy. It is very easy to walk in this neighbourhood and a quick train ride into the city centre. Overall, this is a great place to recommend.

The apartment is clean and well renovated, with standard furniture. However, it is clearly an industrialized building with many similar units. Communication is only with a bot, and the excessive request for identity information is unjustified. Additionally, I find it unreasonable to have to accept rules through another platform when everything is already validated through Airbnb. The apartment was very noisy: you can hear neighbors walking in the stairs as if they were inside the apartment. The ventilation system (VMC) is noisy and cannot be turned off. The electric cooktop was dirty, and the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. Although everything was well explained for the arrival, these inconveniences tarnished the experience.

Great apartment in a nice, quiet area. It was perfect for a week-long stay for a family of four.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
